- House Rules Compliance
Guests must adhere to the specific house rules provided by the property owner or manager. This includes rules regarding noise levels, the use of facilities, maximum occupancy limits, and any other guidelines specified before or during the stay. - No Illegal or Unlawful Activities
The property must not be used for any illegal or immoral activities, including but not limited to gambling, drug use, or any activity prohibited by Malaysian law. - No Smoking or Vaping (Unless Permitted)
Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by the property listing. - Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise in the property listing. - Damage and Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay.
In the event of such damage, Rentradise Sdn Bhd reserves the right to: - Deduct repair or replacement costs from the security deposit, or
- Invoice the guest directly if the costs exceed the deposit amount.
- Security and Keys
Guests must ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property and must return all keys, access cards, or remotes upon check-out. Failure to do so may incur replacement charges. - Right to Refuse Service or Evict
Rentradise Sdn Bhd or the property owner reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests without refund in cases of: - Breach of house rules
- Illegal activity
- Endangerment of property or other guests
- Repeated disturbances or misconduct
Guests are fully liable for their conduct, and Rentradise Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from a guest’s failure to comply with these terms.
